Lovely area here! Amazing to ponder all the assorted people who have visited and stayed here.
(I'm trying to be a better kind of person, one who doesn't wish for the idiot vandals, who have left their stupid names or initials carved over the glyphs here, fell to a horrific injury so they could spend the rest of their miserable lives feeling terrible about their crimes. But I'm failing to be that person. Maybe next life.)
It is gorgeous here! Being essentially cranky and solitary, I'm good with being pretty much alone everywhere I'm going. But, is it just too early in the season? Where are other people to ooh and aah over this great stuff I've been seeing?
Go outside! Go camping! Roast some marshmallows! Hike some trails! Fall in a creek/pond/river and enjoy the experience! I've never been as proud of us as a country as I have been when visiting all the state and national parks - everyone should enjoy them! I definitely will be here.
