This is an amazing place - a beautiful art museum, that would be perfectly happy in Boston or any other large city, in rural Pacific Northwest! Sam Hill was quite a guy , building all sorts of interesting things. I was completely taken by the chess sets, the Rodin Gallery was nice, and the Theatre de la Mode was amazing! If you can get here, come see it! If you can't, go read about this fantastic place.
This is the great thing about traveling - you can stumble onto so many amazing, totally unexpected surprises!
